The fastest way to get started is to email or call with the youth’s needs and the supervising team’s expectations.
Send the basics
To speed up intake, include schedule expectations, key goals, and any immediate safety or supervision concerns.
- Youth name/initials (per your policy) and caregiver contact information
- Supervision expectations + preferred start date
- School plan (home-based learning details, assignments, attendance expectations)
- Known triggers/safety concerns and any existing crisis planning needs
- Transportation notes (pick-up/drop-off window and approved locations)
We respond to confirm fit and availability, schedule intake with the youth and caregiver, and coordinate the initial schedule and expectations. Once intake is complete, we begin services and provide updates according to the supervising team’s needs.

Day SKYS includes supervised, staff-led community activities such as YMCA visits, library study sessions, outdoor recreation, and other structured outings to support positive routines, social skills, and engagement.
