Success Keys Youth Services is a small, experienced, family-run team committed to providing consistent structure, academic support, and skill-building opportunities for youth and families.

Our staff bring backgrounds in education, alternative programming, and family support, allowing us to meet youth where they are while maintaining clear expectations and accountability.

Tim

Program Director

Tim brings extensive experience in education, alternative programming, and youth support. His background includes work as a secondary educator and principal in both rural and urban settings, as well as developing GED and job-training programs. He has created alternative-to-detention programming under juvenile probation and helped establish alternative school models in multiple districts. Tim focuses on building structured, supportive environments that promote accountability, growth, and long-term success.

Ian

Program Coordinator

Ian brings years of direct experience supporting youth and families involved in juvenile probation and child welfare systems. His work has focused on building trust, supporting positive routines, and helping youth develop practical skills that support stability and progress. Ian plays a key role in daily program operations, supervision, and individualized youth support.

Ray

Family Support Worker

Ray brings years of experience working directly with families through supervised visitation and family support services. He is known for his high energy, upbeat spirit, and ability to connect with youth and caregivers. Ray focuses on strengthening communication, supporting positive routines, and encouraging consistent follow-through in the home.

Supervision & Program Structure

Success Keys Youth Services maintains small group sizes to ensure consistent supervision, meaningful relationship-building, and individualized support.

Maximum 6:1 youth-to-staff supervision ratio
Additional staff available depending on caseload and daily needs
Daily documentation and communication aligned with program expectations
Family-run model focused on consistency, accountability, and long-term engagement
