Success Keys Youth Services (SKYS) is a community-based youth services organization offering structured programs that support academic progress, skill development, and positive daily routines. Our services are designed to provide consistent guidance, accountability, and individualized support.

We currently offer Day SKYS (a day reporting center) and Family Support services.

Who We Serve

Day SKYS serves youth ages 12–18 who are on juvenile probation and would benefit from daily structure and accountability, consistent academic monitoring and support, opportunities for skills practice and goal planning, and the development of positive routines through supervised engagement.

Core Program Components

Day SKYS provides structured supervision, academic monitoring, skills practice, and supervised engagement. Daily activities are designed to support youth goals and expectations outlined by probation and school requirements.

Academic Support

Youth complete school assignments or participate in Bellevue Public Schools Home-Based Learning with support for organization, time management, and staying on task.

Evidence-Informed Practices (Non-Treatment)

Day SKYS is non-treatment and uses evidence-informed strategies to support accountability, skill-building, and goal progress.

Family Support Services

Success Keys Youth Services provides in-home Family Support services for probation-involved youth and their families. Family Support is a non-treatment, community-based service designed to strengthen family functioning, improve communication, and build practical skills that reduce risk-related behaviors and support positive change.

Services focus on the entire family unit and are delivered in person within the home. Our goal is to support youth and caregivers in developing effective strategies, healthy routines, and positive interactions that promote stability and long-term success.

Individualized, Goal-Driven Support

Family Support services are individualized based on the youth’s referral, assessed needs, and family goals. An individualized service plan is developed shortly after intake and focuses on strengthening family functioning, supporting positive behavior change, and promoting progress aligned with probation expectations.

Daily Schedule Example

Below is an example of a typical Day SKYS day (9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.). Daily structure may be adjusted to meet individual academic requirements, supervision needs, and probation expectations.

9:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. | Check-In and Arrival Attendance, brief mood check, transportation notes, and review of SMART goal progress.
9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. | Academic Support Youth work on school assignments or home-based learning. Staff support organization, time management, and staying on task. Academic engagement is documented.
10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. | Life Skills Development Rotating lessons focused on decision-making, communication, emotional regulation, conflict skills, healthy habits, financial basics, or job-readiness skills aligned with youth needs and probation goals.
11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. | Pro-Social Activity Structured recreation or group interaction such as team-building challenges, outdoor walks, stress-relief activities, or supervised community engagement.
12:00 p.m. – 12:30 p.m. | Lunch Lunch is provided daily. Staff encourage healthy social interaction, respectful communication, and positive mealtime routines.
12:30 p.m. – 1:15 p.m. | Individual Coaching & Goal Review Youth meet individually with staff to review SMART goals, identify progress, address challenges, and plan next steps. Staff document daily progress and prepare weekly summaries for probation. Youth not meeting individually continue academic support.
1:15 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. | Group Session / Skill-Building Group discussions or structured activities focused on leadership, communication, social-emotional learning, decision-making, or community project planning—reinforcing expectations and positive routines.
2:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. | Reflection & Daily Wrap-Up Youth reflect on the day and review progress toward goals. Staff reinforce positive behavior, prepare youth for the next day, and document any significant events.
2:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. | Dismissal & Transportation Home Supervised dismissal and transportation home. Significant events are communicated as required.

Individualized Support and Goal Alignment

Services are individualized to meet each youth’s specific goals and expectations outlined by probation. Upon intake, staff review case plan needs, school requirements, strengths, and areas of support. Daily structure, academic expectations, supervision levels, and skill-building activities are adjusted to align with youth progress.

Referrals may be submitted by email. Include the youth’s name, referral reason, and any relevant supervision or academic expectations, and our team will follow up with next steps.
